Spatial Array optimizes all five channels for a total surround sound experience
The Mythos SSA-50 Solo Array Speaker by Definitive Technology is a sound bar speaker for audio enthusiasts. This sound bar speaker is a single speaker that reproduces all five main channels of a typical surround system. The cabinet is made entirely from aluminum, packed with speaker drivers and weighs 31 pounds. It incorporates 5 channels (left, center, right, left rear and right rear) and a dozen drivers to reproduce a true surround sound. The SSA-50 is best suited for flat-panel TVs measuring 50 inches or larger and is available in gloss-black or brushed-aluminum finish. A smaller version for 42-inch sets, the SSA-42, uses the same basic configuration as the SSA-50 but with smaller drivers.
