The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 combines an innovative foldable design, an advanced camera system, and AI-powered features in a thin and lightweight form factor. It delivers premium smartphone performance while providing additional opportunities for efficiency and productivity through its large, foldable display. One UI 8 provides the foundation for the integration of intelligent, multimodal AI features optimized for the foldable format.
Weighing 215 grams, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 is lighter than the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. It measures 8.9 mm when folded and 4.2 mm when unfolded. When opened, the device provides a large display that creates additional space for productivity, multitasking, and visual content. The main display is 11% larger than that of the previous generation, providing more room for editing text or images and running multiple applications simultaneously.
AI features can also take advantage of the expanded workspace. For example, Object Eraser allows unwanted objects to be removed from images. The larger display provides more space for selecting objects and making precise edits, while the simultaneous image preview makes the editing process more convenient.
The Galaxy Z Fold7 also features an advanced camera system designed to deliver detailed images, vibrant colors, and rich textures. It is the first device in the Samsung Galaxy Z series to feature a 200 MP wide-angle camera. The camera captures increased detail and produces brighter images compared with the previous generation.
AI-powered image processing helps optimize exposure, sharpness, and overall image quality. This allows photos and videos to remain detailed and vivid in a range of lighting conditions, including low-light environments such as evening meals or nighttime walks. Retails for $1,999.99
