The new Pocket Shot 2.0 is the evolution of the world’s first and only circular slingshot. The original Pocket Shot was dubbed the “baddest” slingshot on the planet, but it just got lighter, stronger and faster with the release of the 2.0, the slingshot on steroids.
The Pocket Shot 2.0 is constructed of aluminum and it comes in three versions: all Black, Silver and Red, and Gold and Purple.
The 2.0’s aluminum chassis operates on a gimbal allowing it to swing and pivot. A gimbal is a pivoted support that allows the rotation of an object about a single axis. The 2.0 operates on a set of three gimbals, one mounted on the other and on opposite sides, which allows the innermost gimbal to remain independent of the rotation of its support. The innermost gimbal holds the pouch and it can move freely in 360 degree rotation without moving the outermost ring. This allows for easy aiming and a more comfortable shot.
The Pocket Shot 2.0’s patented, circular design allows users to load and shoot different projectiles at two to three times the rate of a regular slingshot. Perfect for hunters, campers and recreational use, its small size allows you to keep it in your pocket, tackle box or backpack while storing ammo in its watertight compartment.
The Pocket Shot 2.0 shoots projectiles up to 350 feet per second; recommended ammo includes 1/4-inch to 5/16-inch steel slugs, marbles, small paintballs (0.4 cal) and Airsoft.
The Pocket Shot 2.0 includes aluminum rings, a silicone grip and two Pro pouches. The new Pro Pouch has a longer draw length than the previous pouch and is 2x more durable. Finally, the 2.0 has a custom silicone grip that wraps around the outer ring. This gives you a non-slick point of contact and easy-to-shoot grip.
