POWERUP, the creator of the first smartphone-controlled paper airplane motor kit, partnered with Flite Test to design and create the new Lockheed Martin F22 Raptor Remote Controlled Foam Kit.
The F22 Raptor Remote Controlled Foam Kit includes one laser cut 3/16” white Maker Foam sheet, quick connect parts for connecting foam balsa and cardboard wings, and a POWERUP 4.0 twin motor Bluetooth module. The plane is easy to build, it simply requires an adhesive such as a hot glue gun.
The POWERUP 4.0 is the best POWERUP yet with an on-board flight computer, auto pilot assist, gyro and accelerometer with fly by wire capability, and flight telemetry statistics. The F22 Raptor Remote Controlled Foam Kit has an MSRP of $89.99.
POWERUP also has a new in-app video capture feature for the POWERUP 4.0. Users can now capture video as the POWERUP flies after putting the connected smartphone in Gamepad mode.
