Sleepmi has introduced the Sleepmi Z4, a portable smart sleep assistant designed to help users improve sleep quality and reduce nighttime snoring through AI-powered monitoring and EMS technology. The lightweight wearable combines sleep tracking, breathing analysis, and real-time response features to support a more comfortable sleep experience.
The Sleepmi Z4 uses intelligent sleep monitoring to detect changes in breathing patterns and snoring activity throughout the night. This device has two ear straps and is placed underneath the chin. When irregular breathing or snoring is detected, the device delivers gentle EMS stimulation to encourage healthier breathing patterns without disturbing sleep. The device supports up to three 12-hour sleep cycles.
The device also connects to the SleepMi mobile app, allowing users to review sleep data, including snoring frequency, blood oxygen information, and sleep apnea-related activity. Users can adjust settings and intervention intensity directly through the app for a more customized sleep experience.
Sleepmi says the Z4 was designed with portability and comfort in mind. The wearable includes an upgraded lanyard made with durable nylon and soft fabric materials to improve long-term comfort and reliability during overnight use. The Sleepmi Z4 is intended for home use and is designed for users seeking a portable sleep monitoring solution that is easy to wear and simple to operate.
Sleepmi’s Z4 smart anti-snoring device is currently available for purchase through Kickstarter for $100.
