I noticed the quality put into this grill simply from uncrating it. The designers installed inset handles about midway up the body of the grill for moving. This is a small detail but an important one. The KONNECTED JOE hasn’t been cutting back on the calories if you catch my drift! (It weighs in at 216lbs) :0)

From the Stainless steel cooking grates with a 250 sq. in. cooking surface to the airlift lid and AFS starting system the grill screams quality! It’s easy to assemble (A husband and wife team can handle it without issues). The greatest feature provided is the Digital Kontrol Fan. It maintains a perfect smoking or grilling atmosphere from between 225 and 700 degrees! I don’t know what we’d be cooking at 700 degrees but the KONNECTED JOE is capable! :0)

This grill has so many cool features I could write a mini-series concerning the details. I’ve used it twice so far for Classic KC dry-rubbed ribs with sides and a brisket both of which came out to a mouth-watering perfection. I haven’t played with the 2-tier Divide & Conquer Cooking System yet, so there will be an update to this review shortly. I’ve only had the grill for 4 days! :0) It’s fun to use! :0)
