Observation: As I sit back and reflect on the past 2 weeks of using the lumiNIR, two things come to the forefront of my mind. It’s been nice awakening my senses to a new concept and I feel good, better even.
Schedule: I chose to dedicate 30 minutes a day to using the lumiNIR. I use the SPORT to treat both knees and calves along with shoulder and neck pain. Rotating the treatments to the problem areas, daily, allowed me time to test the other attachments. I use the CLEAR on one scar (about 1″ under the right eye from a 2012 accident) for one treatment a day just to see if I can get it to improve. Any remaining time each day was dedicated to using the GLOW or NIR attachments. Using a serpentine method of 1-2-2-1 daily allows me to concentrate on the lower extremities one day and then the upper the next. That way I have “full body coverage” with each attachment in a 48-hour period.
Progress: The joints in the Knees and shoulders feel better as do my calves. On a scale of 1-10 with 5 being normal I’d say I’m feeling about a “7.” The Scar at this point shows little to no difference but the area around it does! :0) Overall, I just feel better. I need more time with the lumiNIR and am taking “time-lapse” pics of the scar as I will revisit this review in 10 weeks with an update.

Opinion: The lumiNIR is more than just a convenient Portable Light Therapy Skin Renewal Wand as the company chooses to advertise it. So far its been a “Make You Feel Better, Stress-Reducing, Amazingly Simple To Use, Portable Light Therapy Wand.” So far…… :0)
